I brought my iPhone 11 in for what I thought was a battery replacement but it turned out to be a simple fix that the employee helped me diagnose and fixed for no cost at all. Other places were going to charge me over $100 for the same fix. I am very impressed with the worker that helped me today and my entire experience at the store. I referred all of my friends and family and from now on will always use this business.

I was told by an employee of a different repair service that they would not replace my cracked front screen without replacing my camera screen with an insignificant crack for an additional $86. I refused, called NewAGAIN and asked about just the front screen. He said "no problem". They took 30 minutes to replace my screen for less than the first service quoted. When I picked up my phone the owner told me he had replaced the camera screen for free because the part cost so little and didn't take any extra time. I told him about my experience with the "other guy", he knew exactly who it was and shook

Very satisfied with this repair service. I cracked my phone screen late one evening. I found this shop by google search and was able to submit for a quote. They responded within a few minutes and even continued to correspond with me via email and answer my questions throughout the evening. I was able to swing by their convenient location since I knew I’d be in the area the next day and my repair was complete within 30 minutes, for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this repair shop and even though I don’t live locally I would drive the 1.5 hours if I ever need another repair
