Love love love this place! The staff is comp[letely amazing! Very personable, caring, helpful and awesome! Great atmosphere! Great prices! Lost my wallet there and they called me immediately and it was just how I had it, nothing missing.
Highly recommend !! Went to Mira mesa one time and it was a joke high prices, our game was cut off in the 10th frame even though we paid per game!! Never going back there!

Was here for New Year's Eve, and honestly was a genuinely good time for ALL age groups.
Came to play at the billiards and then ended up staying till midnight because of supervisor at that time. He definitely went above and beyond the typical, now a days unfortunately, sub par "customer service" experience I may encounter at other establishments. He took initiative whenever he saw that I may have had a question or two after billiards closed and noticed quickly! Ended up helping me and informing me of the events taking place that evening... I definitely ended up staying longer than expected and

Highly disappointed with the customer service of this bowling place. I went on a Thursday 12/30 with a large group spend over $300 got there @8pm and stayed until closing time, we ordered food and as much as we were enjoying it the huge dusty ceiling fan got the food cold real quick. One of the lanes was not filling the pins into position, 3 resets and nothing (time wasted) we used the phone for assistance and they came the person who was adjusting the pins was taken their sweet time and I get it, your doing your job but I'm paying for the hour (again time wasted). That is not counting one

To be fair, Im writing this review as an employee of Parkway Bowl. I've been working here on and off since Jan 2015 and can't say enough about the quality of the Managers and how the company is run as a whole. They hire people from ALL walks of life with no experience necessary; all while paying Over minimum wage. Never have i heard of a company willing to compensate their employees so well even though most hirees have little to no work experience. As I stated before, I have left to pursue other endeavors twice throughout the years and they took me back both times when I was in need

This place is huge with about 60 lanes.
My bf who’s a league player at Mira Mesa Lane said he wasn’t impressed with the lanes here. Saying it’s old and outdated.
For me who hasn’t bowled in years, thought it was fine and I had fun.
There’s a tablet for you to order food and it’ll be brought out to you. There’s an arcade, billiards, and it’s in The Boardwalk so there were other games and rides.
We came on Sunday which was open to the public whereas Mira Mesa Lane was only open from 9am-12pm to the public because they have league after that. It cost $29.95 per hour. I thought

Even booked the kids birthday party here pre covid a few years back . Today we came in for the first time since covid and the experience was pretty horrible .... When we had booked the kids party here they had give. Us a few free game tickets which expired while they were closed for pandemic. I called a month ago and called again today right before going to asked if they would still honor the coupons since they were closed during and months before they had expired and was told yes no problem . Good clean location. Haven't bowled in 2 yrs and did pretty well once I got my rhythm back. Only small compliant is that the employees at the desk let me know if I had any questions about league play to ask them when I paid for the hour play. So after I was done bowling, I asked the front desk employees about league play and the person who initially helped me had no information and got me some one else. But then that person told me to call or email someone else and gave me that person's information. However that person only works 2 to 3 days a week?!?! I'm thinking... how the hell am I going to

We LOVE this place. We've took our kids to the arcade side when they were small and now we love the pool hall and the bowling. Such good, family fun!! Staff is always on point, the food from the cafe is actually very good and it's a fun place to be on New Years Eve night! We cherish the memories we've made here!

My boyfriend and I have kind of become regulars at this bowling alley. One day we wanted to go just for fun and before we knew it we were signed up for a league and bowling twice a week! They have some really great deals on Monday and Tuesday nights. The food is typical bowling alley food. I can't say much about the video games or boardwalk parts. It is an older alley but still in pretty good shape. The guy in the proshop and his family are super helpful. Both my guy and I got our balls from there. Last summer we also participated in a fundraiser that was so much fun. I believe it was called

Parkway Bowl is a perfectly adequate bowling alley with all the essentials! It's convenient having Parkway Bowl in El Cajon, but there's no frills, and the facility is on the older side; you can definitely see signs of wear and tear throughout the place.

This a review strictly for the BILLIARDS POOL HALL on a Friday night around 8pm-11pm.
Is this place poppin? why yes, yes it is. Not at 8 on the dot, but as the night goes on it got FLOODED with people. Trust me brothers and sisters.
Is their a juxbox that allows you to play any kind of music you want? Why yes, you already know your girl selected some 2-chainz and Ozuna to get the night going. They have everything you name it. Someone in this joint payed $20 to have slipknot playing for most of the evening, that was an experience.
Is this place going to rob me of my coins? Mmmm, depends. It

Depending on the day and time, you can either play by the hour or by the game. We arrived at 5pm on a Friday night and bowled by the hour.
I'm not a bowler by any means but my family loves it. We are all very competitive and it teaches my kiddo that you can't always have your way.
The staff here was friendly. We ordered a pizza, a few beers and an apple juice. They only allow you to order 1 beer at a time. There are kids and teens here so I understand.
Here are a few tips:
