Represented buyer. Does not return phone calls. Receptionist not helpful. Attorney not prepared made us wait. Rushed through the paperwork. Meanwhile between the attorney and the paralegal they looked very disheveled. As an exciting day this should be for any new homeowner, they didn't have they keys to our home and mentioned maybe getting them the next day since it was 4:00 pm. Are you kidding me. No "here's the keys to your new home." We had to track down our own keys at sellers attorneys office. Would not recommend!

I am currently having a terrible experience with Smith Law. They are representing the sellers in a real estate transaction where I am the Realtor representing the buyers and my buyers have their own attorney. This Law firm has failed to respond to any email correspondences whatsoever from their listing agent, the buyers paralegal and the buyers attorney. They have now caused a delay in the closing of this property. This is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and causing undo stress to all parties! Do not use this Law Firm and specifically Brandon if you want to close your property as scheduled
