We have created inclusive spaces of healing for Black, Brown and African American individuals, with gender and cultural competency. We are collaborating with organizations and institutions to create equitable spaces and opportunities for Black, Brown and African Americans to thrive. The Ladipo Group is a Black-owned company dedicated to the emotional wellness of Black and African-American people and communities.
In our communities there has been stigma against therapy and mental health support for many generations. In 2004 The Ladipo Group was founded to increase access to Black therapists and decrease the stigma of mental health treatment.

Services
When we first started The Ladipo Group in 2004, our clients would tell us how much they loved us but said that they weren't going to refer anyone to us because they didn't want to tell people that they were in therapy. That has significantly changed over the years, as many of our new clients are referrals from existing clients!
Groups are a powerful way to connect with others and learn new ways of coping with the challenges of life. The Black Women's Body Image Group will aid women in understanding and addressing problematic beliefs about the body. A group focused on learning more about what healthy relationships look like and how to create the types of relationships we want.
Seeking therapy is a courageous act that can change your life. Therapy empowers you to explore, grow, thrive, and connect. We applaud your desire for growth and will make you feel welcome from the very first interaction we share. Therapy at The Ladipo Group is a conversation. It's also more. It's a life-changing tool.
Everyone has attended trainings that feel like classroom lectures. They do basic activities to "raise awareness" which leaves some people feeling guilty and others angry and resentful. There is no substance or tools that actually lead to doing things differently. The Ladipo Group's programming and training is different.
The global pandemic and recent, widespread awareness of systemic racism have significantly changed life and how we work. As organizations navigate the widespread impact on their operations and customers, the emotional and mental health of your employees must be considered. The stress of navigating and managing the impact of the pandemic and systemic racism is felt by everyone.
