In his "spare time" he is active in his local Scout troop, enjoys tandem cycling with his wife Linda and mastering the art of home brewing. Nan has been involved in the retail hearth industry for over thirty years. She has been NFI certified in wood and gas and has recently earned her Hearth Design Specialist certification.

No actually I left several messages for you and several other companies... Like most you didnt return my call... One did and charged me but couldnt fix the issue... One company responded and fixed the issue... So the problem here in my opinion, is not me as the potential customer being dissatisfied with what seems to be an inability to meet the public need for your services, but in fact, that you seem to fail to realize the value in said customer, I.e. myself. It doesn't seem important enough for you to get back to me which leads me to believe that most of your revenue may come from contracts and
