I am so happy I found Side by Side Nutrition! I have struggled with disordered eating for 20+ years and it took a lot of courage to finally reach out for help. Hadley has helped me reframe my thoughts around food, exercise, and life as a whole. It has not been treatment for eating disorders, but a guided tour to a whole, healthy me, in all aspects of my life. I am so grateful for them. I even started following them on Instagram and they make me feel at home and understood with their content.

Jamie gave me peace and restoration in my mind, body, and life. I had deeply rooted issues surrounding food and my body, and I thought I would never recover from my concerns. I had my reservations about meeting a dietician on my first appointment, but the therapy is never diet-focused, and focused more on client-centered care and recovery. She tailors her therapy sessions around your goals and comfort. Jamie providers many resources for her clients to guide them through each phase of recovery. I will never forget Jamie, she was an essential factor in my recovery.

I started working with Jamie after 20 years of disordered eating and 3 years of eating disorder treatment. My RDs were always focused on my weight restoration and how I felt food, but never really got how I felt about my body. I have made bigger strides in recovery working with Jamie than I ever did with any other RD. Jamie is kind, compassionate, non-judgemental, and easy to relate to. I felt comfortable with Jamie starting from day 1. To quote my therapist, Jamie is a unicorn and you won't find anyone like her!

Jamie is a phenomenal resource for anyone looking to improve their relationship with their self-image and/or food. She is non-judgmental, a superb listener, and teaches in frameworks tailored to your individual needs. She is more than happy to answer any and all questions (no matter how silly they may seem!), and is even available after hours when needed. Her warmth and love for her profession are evident in the calm and gentle way she approaches her clients. She is well-prepared for every session and always has a unique game plan for all of her meetings. I loved working with Jamie and think she

As the director of an eating disorder outpatient clinic, licensed psychologist, and certified eating disorders specialist, I am extremely picky about the dietitians my team and I will collaborate with. I can say with full confidence that my team completely trusts Jamie Magdic and her entire team of dietitians. Jamie is incredibly compassionate and dedicated to her patients, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable . Side By Side Nutrition is one of our clinic's top picks for nutrition therapy. They are excellent, know eating disorders, and are actually weight-inclusive and HAES-informed. I

I highly recommend working with this team of dieticians. As a psychologist who often coordinates with dieticians, I can attest to the high degree to which these dieticians care about their clients. They integrate appropriate levels of science and research into their recommendations, while also helping their clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported in their work together. I also have really valued their openness to collaborating with other health care providers to make sure their clients have the best well-rounded treatment available to them on an outpatient level.

When I started working with Jamie, I had been struggling with my eating disorder for over six years. I had worked with RDs and therapists before, but they solely focused on weight restoration and not the mental aspect of recovery, so I stayed stuck in my disorder while in a "recovered" body. Jamie's approach was unlike any other RD or eating disorder specialist I had worked with before in that she treats her clients as whole, multifaceted people and addresses so much more than just the food piece of recovery. I was accustomed to meal plans and weigh-ins and rigid guidelines to follow, but I didn
