Tables and chairs are so old! I was so up set when I saw these table and chairs, I mean like wow. They were so run down. Wiggly and Felt like they would break. Didn't want my older family members sitting on them. Jumper was so dirty inside. Old papers and rappers from last people,🤢 it was definitely not ours. Lady who answered the phone was really nice and Professional.. BUT.. the rentals it self are not worth it. Well at least the 3 tables 10 chairs and Basketball jumper I got.. 👎😕

We rented a water slide this last weekend from A-List and it was the funnest inflatable water slide we have ever been on! The kids and adults had a blast! Great service also!

I want to take the time to thank Veronica and her staff for providing such great service. Veronica kept great communication and made you feel like family. Her delivery team were on time and very friendly. I couldn’t be more happier with this company. I would give them more stars if able use Las Cruces Party Rentals you will not be disappointed!!!!

Reading the reviews about lack of customer service, I want to disagree. Being a business owner myself, negative reviews are subjective to the attitude of the customer's demands and expectations vs the owners contract specifications and written terms and agreement.
I love the customer service provided by A-List Fun Jumps. The expectations we had and requested last minute changes were met with a smile and great customer service. Showed up late because they “didn’t communicate about the address”. This also happened to a friend of mine. They also were completely unprofessional. Super rude and the owner had nothing to say about it. The jumper was very old as well and barely held up. Disappointed overall.

A-List Fun Jumps is fantastic and I highly recommend them. They are such nice people and go above and beyond to make their clients happy. Their jumpers are in great shape and clean. They have a wide variety of jumpers to choose from too. We run a non for profit so we use them several times a year for our events. I have always been very happy and the kids always have a blast!

This is hands down the best rental co in town. From tables to water slides. Veronica is hands on and makes sure the customer is happy. We rent at least 3x’s a year and I highly highly recommend this company⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My review is based on their jumping ballons at the Mesilla Valley Mall. My child got on 1 of the 2 balloons reserved for smaller children and as soon as my child came down the slide my child began to cry and while holding bottom. I checked the bottom of slide where the kids are supposed to land and noticed there was no padding the padding that was there was entirely too small for the area where the kids land. When I brought my concern up to an older female employee she said that "that always happens it always moves" with no care at all to fix the problem or deflate the balloon so no other kids

Unfortunately the generators they had available weren't working, accomadating for sharing with another customer was fine, up until our balloon gave out. Not sure if it was lack of energy towards ours, so we called the number and they said they'll be there right away. They came a bit later than expected but apologized profusely and gave us our money back. They were all nice people and handled the matter with respect and responsibility, showing up with another generator. They later text me apologizing again and mentioning it doesn't happen often. It was a fine balloon though, and the kids had fun
