On day 1 of a 35 day cross country road trip driving through Rocky Mountain National Park and had the unfortunate circumstance of a rock breaking the windshield. After calling about 20 places within a 4 hour radius, I finally got a hold of Glass Pros and they were so helpful. The only place that was able to help us the next day, when the rest said it would be weeks. Just a quick detour for us and we were back on our way. Jeff was awesome and the new windshield is beautiful! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Had a big, cracked window. They came out gave a very reasonable quote, showed up at the day and time they said they would, did an efficient install, and even cleaned up! They are at the top of my recall list, because THEY DO WINDOWS!

These guys truly are pros. They have made us several glass pieces over the past few months, and each time, they have been on time, at price, and great quality. John at the front is great at working through what we needed, making sure to let us know about different options (and prices) before finalizing our quotes. These guys are INCREDIBLE!!! On our trip from Colorado Springs to Las Vegas, we had a rock hit our windshield. The crack immediately started to spread. We were concerned the whole windshield would crack as we headed further into the desert. After numerous stops at other locations in Grand Junction, these guys were able to replace the windshield well before the promised completion time. They worked through their lunch break so we could get back on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommend. 10/10

Bad customer service. Installer that came to our house was very rude to my wife, had an attitude the minute he arrived and was rude. She sent him away and we called Safelite with whom we have dealt with in the past. Unless you like rude service I would stay away from these guys.
