The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. Seriously the best staff at any clinic I've visited! My kids enjoy coming here, and they can be kids and play without anyone saying anything. The temporary doctor (sorry, I don't remember her name) on-site was very patient and kind with my children too. She spent quite a bit of time in the exam room explaining things to me, so I could understand fully what my child's eyes were doing. I will never bring my family anywhere else!

I live in Texas but work so much in Lake Charles that I decided to use an eye doctor in this area. I was not disappointed at all! The office is super clean (I use to own a cleaning company so I look at things most people don't). The staff was welcoming and very accommodating. They have great sense of humors and smiles to match. Even when this job ends and I go back home, I will definitely make the 45 minute trip to use them from now on!

Absolutely fabulous service and almost no wait time! I was warmly met by the receptionist when I arrived for my appointment and only waited a few minutes before being called back. The assistant was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so there were no surprises. Dr. Boreing came in as soon as the assistant left and the whole exam was done quickly and efficiently and all with a friendly attitude. Honestly, I am beyond pleased with my experience and would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!

My visits are always very efficient and very well managed. The employees and Dr B are always pleasant to deal with and very professional.
Dr B even came out today and personally measured my eyes to make sure my new glasses with progressive lenses were going to fit properly. Then made me feel like they really cared and wasn't just trying to grab some money.

Dr Boring & staff are GREAT! Everyone there are friendly & go out of there way to help. While doing exam he spotted something that required a specialist. By doing so he postponed my getting glasses 1 month. In today's world of "hurry up & close the deal" I was impressed. I will refer my friends to Dr.Boring.

Dr Boreing is always very nice, helpful and informative. The overall experience was great. When you pick out your glasses you are assigned someone to help you choose the right pair. They are very patient and know the inventory very well. Once you order your glasses they come in quickly and are fitted right there if some adjusting is needed. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
