Over 70 years ago, Winfield H. Aldrich his two stepsons, Robert and Kenneth Parmenter, started a modest mint growing operation whose products, primarily peppermint and spearmint, would be used to flavor things like toothpaste and candy. Not long after, they managed to extend their crop offering to foods like carrots, beans and potatoes.

Our Brunswick Ultra is a great general purpose mix that is a blend of professional Coarse Canadian Sphagnum peat moss and Horticultural Grade Perlite that has been pH balanced with Dolomitic Lime, and has a starter charge fertilizer and wetting agent. This mix is a light, fast, all purpose mix, and can be used for most crops.
