She helped me figure out the type of mug that would work best, sent me several suggestions, worked with me on the formatting of my electronic file, and was upfront and clear about pricing. I loved working with her, felt I was in good hands, and the mugs turned out FABULOUS. I am very happy with my purchase. The turnaround time was very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.
