In 1950 my grandfather, Frank Cox, set out to establish an independent insurance agency that would protect his clients from the adversities that might come their way. Today our mission remains the same: "Provide quality insurance for each client and give ongoing service that exceeds client expectations."
In honor of our 70 year anniversary and our founder's legacy of giving back to the community, Cox Insurance has committed to donating 10% of our profits in 2020. To kick off this campaign, we identified three organizations that are making an immediate difference in our community and we have made a donation on behalf of every single response we received.
Cox Insurance has a strong commitment to giving back to the community through significant charitable initiatives, including a week-long Habitat for Humanity build. Additionally, employees organize quarterly volunteer efforts and mentorship programs throughout the community. From 2004-2014, Cox Insurance organized a nonprofit foundation, Soup it Up for Kids, that funded causes directly involved with the future of our community.

I couldn't have better things to say about Cox! I felt totally taken care of during the duration of my care with them (I recently moved out of the area and am crushed to have had to switch away from them). They made the transition to a new insurance provider totally seamless, helping me figure out exactly what to ask for and even reviewing my new quotes to make sure they aligned with my former policy. Cox Insurance has been my insurance carrier for over 10 years. I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service at Cox Insurance. Recently, when I VERY stupidly tried to back out of my garage with my tailgate open and had disastrous results, I called and spoke with my agent, Ryan Wienk. He could not have been nicer and made me feel SO much better. Then he got the balls rolling and my adjustor had called within a half hour, and the rental car company within an hour. So easy and so streamlined. Class act service. I recommend this company to anyone.

I have been a customer of Cox insurance for about 20 years. Today, I met my new insurance advisor, Brian, for the first time. What a pleasant experience. We had a thorough review of my policy. He promised to review a couple of issues and get back to me. His response came in a couple of hours. Very professional. I also must mention Tracy Olson. She provided valuable assistance to me last summer regarding possible hail damage on my roof. She is a real professional.

My family has had a wonderful experience with Cox Insurance. I got into a wreck last spring and totaled my car. The team was not only caring about me but was so quick to get everything processed. In a time where my focus needed to be on getting better, I didn't have to worry about the details. Great company to work with!
