I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews about Ultimate Auto Sales, but due to my interest in one of their listed BMWs decided to contact them. I called and talked with Alex. He was very helpful, professional, and courteous. After about 6 months of looking for a car, I ended up getting a great deal on a BMW, with low Millage, and in excellent condition from Alex. Got a good Chevy work truck here, Had a few small electrical glitches that the dealer was nice enough to pay for within the first week., Tires turned out to be completely dry rotted after having the vehicle inspected after purchase unfortunately., So that’s 1000 bucks I lost right there But a very kind and efficient salesman.

Ahmad is very cordial, calm, and professional. We never felt pressured to buy a vehicle. It was easy to test drive the car we were looking at, and the car ran excellently. Found these guys on craigslist they had the F-150 work truck I was looking for The price Was very reasonable and the condition was excellent! The best part Was definitely the service Alex Was Very polite and patient, and I can probably say I had one of the best conversations I've had in a while. I didn't feel pressured or intimidated which is one of the fears when stopping at a used car dealer we've all heard the stories. A lot few things add up to this 1 star. 1st off dealers records didnt show the 2 accidents the car was in and that it was a fleet vehicle, found this out myself online thru another car app. Dealer insists on going with bank of stockton.. another no no! Third forgot a few things that were needed at signing. Made him come to us for additional signature because of our busy schedule, after he called numerous times and asked for us to drive to him. Great experience! I did a lot of research and went to several dealerships in Hayward and the East Bay, but found the staff at Ultimate Auto Sales to be the most professional and helpful. They are a small, family dealership and I received the attention that I needed that I didn't get at any of the big dealers. They were patient and always got back to me with any questions that I had. So I just moved to Hayward and I've been looking for a new car and this place popped up. I got to chat with the owners and I was eyeing this Ultima and they were really nice to give me a brief run down of financials. I even got to test it out too! I also told them honestly I have to hold out until I'm settled down and they were really nice about it and said I could come back and they would hold the car for me for a few days when I come back! :)

I found my dream car here and bought it 1 month ago .... The next day the check engine light comes on so I took it back. This went on literally for 5 months swit no solutions. In fat once they were nice enough to give me a loaner But the problem is when I got my car back there was dog hair & slobber and my car STILL wasn't fixed.... I could have fought them seriously
At this point I started taking my car to FIat (yeah I'm the Fiat girl guys) I have been to Fiat berkeley 3 times and they can't even fix the car (review coming for them also).

I had a great experience buying from Ultimate. I had been looking for a suburban or Yukon for a few weeks, and was having trouble finding the quality I wanted (excellent) for the price I wanted (low). I saw one at Ultimate that looked great but I was worried the price might be too high.
After driving the car, I knew I wanted it. I made Alex an out-the-door offer that was lower than listed, but he worked it until he had it. No haggling, no nonsense. I drove the car home that night, and it's been great. DMV paperwork came within a couple weeks and now it's all official.

Alex & Ahmad are amazing!! I was VERY pleased with the 2005 Dodge Magnum that was purchased. The car is extremely clean, runs great & were happy! Alex is down to earth & VERY hard working! The most important thing to me was that Alex kept his word. I will DEFINITELY be back to buy my daughters car from them & I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to friends & others.

What can I say!! I put in my credit application on Wednesday and was driving out the lot on Saturday. The only delay was because I could not make it there on Wednesday.

Is all I have to say, is go to this, and ONLY this dealership. All of their cars are like brand new! Alex is absolutely amazing, the woman there (I forgot her name!!) was also incredibly nice. It is a very well-run business. These are people you can really trust, and there aren't many dealerships out there where I can say this. I worked with Alex on purchasing my vehicle, and he was very professional--exceeding far beyond the standards. Also very laid-back. A very comfortable, at-home atmosphere. Also, the car looked better in person than in the picture, which surprised me. Absolutely
