The Cleaning service was phenomenal! However, this company also quoted us for a carpet cleaning by another company. My understanding is that This company “Fast Maid” failed to accurately capture the information and provided a faulty quote. The quote was for $480 and but services came to $690. I was able to talk to the manager of the steam cleaning company and get the price dropped to $590. However while on the phone I was informed this was a recurring issue with Fast Maid.
Fast Maid failed to include the flea treatment and 2 rooms onto our quote…technician said they put the cost in the “notes”

UPDATE: fast maid DID reach out and try to rectify by sending out a crew to address the areas that were left uncleaned. (Their customer service deserves 4 stars as tehy made multiple efforts to reach out and make things right.)
However, the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job, just enough for the naked eye to show that the areas were addresses a second time. When i went back and recleaned there were still extremely dirty areas.
Again, i didnt request a refund because they did TRY with the second visit.
But personally, I would not use or recommend to anyone i know.

DO NOT HIRE. Super sketchy company. After calling and leaving a voice message the day before of my service to reschedule since the unit was scheduled for fumigation on the same date and I got informed last minute., I never got a call back until minutes before the scheduled time to let me know they were on the way. The person who talked to me didn't care about the crew and wanted to send them anyway even though it is not safe. He mentioned several times the reschedule fee and I was willing to pay for that and just wanted a new date because I didn't want to be responsible for their employees being

It's pretty incredible that they are able to provide exceptional service on such short notice. The crew just left and everything is spotless, perfect, wonderful. They worked extremely fast, the service is well-priced, and they are always extremely cheerful and friendly. Second time hiring Fast Maid Service and I will definitely be continuing to use their services in the future!!

Fast Maid Cleaning Services does an excellent job. They've come by 3 or 4 times now and my house looks amazing after they leave. The care and attention they put into making sure everything is clean and tidy is great, and I appreciate their hard work! Rating 4 stars because the scheduling and communication has been difficult at times - there were mix ups and nobody showed up for our scheduled time and we waited for them for a few hours - however the cleaners themselves do an excellent job.

Scheduling this appointment was a breeze and service was scheduled for the same day. The ladies arrived on time and with a smile on there face. They came in and did a absolute great job. I left them in my place - they completed there work and locked my door - without letting my cats escape LOL. Much appreciated the service and will recommend them to my family and friends. I will also use there services again and again.

Called Fast Maids for an extensive sanitization of our rental property to have ready to go within a short amount for the new renters. They were able to accommodate us within 2 business days. We were very pleased with the overall customer service but especially with the sanitization process itself. I was in and out just checking to make sure the lists were followed out properly and was never once left to question their attention to detail. Very impressed and not to mention it cost us far less than experienced in the past with other companies for the same square footage and time frame.

We were having out of town guests for the weekend, and our place needed a deep cleaning. I have used other cleaning companies before but these ladies were awesome! They're attention to detail and personal touches made our apartment look like 5 star hotel room. True professionals, cleaned from the top down. Starting with the top of our 10 ft cabinets down to the baseboards And Everything in between:)

Roxana and her colleague were miracle workers! I told them they didn't have to bother with my teenager's room, but they still went in and made it sparkle. Carpets looked better than when I moved in, the kitchen was sparkling, and every glass surface was spotless!
Not only was the house thoroughly cleaned, they included lovely little touches such as tri-folded towels and a rose design using toilet paper.
This was my first time contracting with a cleaning service, and definitely convinced me that it's more than worth moving forward.

I hired this company, was going to use a Groupon, but they convinced me not to saying that the Groupon doesn't cover move-in move-out services and takes too big a cut. So, I said fine, and paid their full price for 2 people, 2 hours each, 4 hours total. (It takes me, a non pro cleaner 1.5 hours by myself to clean this small space immaculately, but I didn't have time this week).
