ANSWER: Upon booking your party, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable. QUESTION: What about bad weather? ANSWER: We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees - we are climate controlled!
Amazing birthday party! 13 fifth graders here, and it was fun and easy, thanks to your Game Coach and the incredible Galaxy Game Truck! The other parents were just as impressed as we were! Thanks for a fun time! Had to write a quick note to tell you how great the Galaxy GameTruck was last weekend. When you have twins, it's never easy to come up with a creative birthday party idea that everybody loves, but you guys nailed it.
Our Game Theater has a luxurious limo-style interior with comfortable Stadium-Style Seating. A higher ceiling height than our competition allows more headroom and a spacious feel. Regardless of the weather outside, the temperature inside will provide year round comfort! The Galaxy Game Truck is fully air conditioned for those hot summer days and heated for Virginia's chilly winters.
No matter the party type, Galaxy Game Truck is the ultimate mobile entertainment. We'll bring our amazing video game truck to your next event, whether it's a birthday, graduation, bar or bat mitzvah, fundraiser, school or church event, team party, or tailgate party! If you cancel your booking within 7 days or less of your party and decide not to reschedule, you will be charged the full price of your party.

May 31, 2020- We signed up with Game Truck when their ability to provide 5heir brand of entertainment was iffy. Joe stayed in touch, almost weekly with updates. Last Monday, our date was confirmed. Their first after Phase 1.
The truck and Joe showed precisely on time and our two hours of ears-back, 100 mph fun began. Huge number of games of all varieties. Huge screens and 10 kids and adults having a crazy good time. The birthday boy (Andrew) turned in his seat to inform me that this was his best birthday ever. He is five years old. Mission accomplished!

Thanks Joe for making sure that everything went well for Nicolas's 11th Birthday party Thanks for being prompt with responses and confirmation of everything prior to the party date. Everything was Absolutely FABULOUS. Justin was awesome and he was very polite and made sure that everything was right and went well that day and on the Game Truck. The children had a blast. My son said this was by far the BEST birthday party he has had. The Game Truck is definitely well worth the money. I would definitely recommend the Game Truck for any type of party. I give the game truck 5 stars all around for everything

The Game Truck came out to a middle and high school event for our church group. They did a great job of setting up, running and cleaning up the event. Joe even let some kids finish their laser tag game well past our "end time" which was super kind! The techs were super helpful and friendly. We'd definitely use them again for a future event!

I have used Game Truck Richmond 4 years in a row with Mr Joe.
Each year he makes an incredible party for our son. Booking is so easy, he checks in prior to and shows up early/ sets up and the kids have a ball! He makes it all seem so seamless . The kids love being in the truck with flat screen TV's and their favorite Video games!
I am already booking for year 5. If everyone is happy, why change it?
