The guy came to my house on time, he was educated and he showed me some tricks to clean pool by myself. I find out that they did something wrong and I called them back to fixed it and I was willing to pay them and the guy said he won't abale to come over and in middle of conversation he hanged up the phone.

If I could give a minus score I would. I was looking to hire a pool service company and I accidentally called this company because they have a similar name of the company that I had an appointment with. When I realized my error I apologized and informed him I had the wrong number he (I did not get name of the person who answered) was nasty and rude. He then proceeded to yell at me that I needed to tell the other company I was going to hire that they could not use the name "infinity" because they were the only ones who could use it. I told him again that I had the wrong number and I was sure that

I just moved to Dallas last month, and I contacted Infinity Pool Services to service my pool. Paulo and his crew have been wonderful. My pool looks great. They are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, respond immediately when you call with questions or a problem.

They came and fixed my pool in a few hours. It was nasty but after a few hours of their magic our water was crystal clear. Very friendly service as well.

Paulo and his team works miracles on all pools. I'm so glad that I have him as my pool guy have no worries when it comes to my pool. Paulo is probably one of the best guys around when it comes to customer service. I had a very tough time with getting some repairs done on my pool pump from my home warranty company. He was quick to diagnose and fix the solution where others had failed. I have been using Infinity pool services for about 3 years now and the service has been flawless.
