So I have never written a bad review for any place that I had done business with, but my experience with IRepair in Tyler mall made me write this review to warn other potential customers to know what are they might face dealing with them.
I took my iPhone X to the Riverside location for the screen replacement. Umid Mahmudzade replaced the screen and the battery (which I thought was unnecessary) for me. When I got the phone back and took it home, I noticed that the face ID was not working. I took it back and Umid was very rude and obnoxious about it and told me that he cannot fix the face ID because

I took 2 phones to get a screen replacement. They charged me more supposedly because they were using OEM products next day the first phone went out than I went back and they said the warranty was not good because I had dropped the phone which was a lie. 2 days later the second phone went out also and when I took it to get repaired somewhere else they gave me back the old screens and they aren't original. I would not recommend this place they don't use oem parts like they claim and the phones get damaged again.

The worst service ever they tore apart my iphone to see if they could fix it, then they left it torn apart and gave it back to me and they said I would have to pay money to put it back together?? Unbelievable piss poor service avoid like the plague‼ no social distancing or masks there at all either‼I came by April 29th 2021 between 3:45 & 4pm. The idiot there needs to be fired‼

So I was at the mall looking for a tie, which I found. Saw a huge banner hanging over me as I waited for my wife and daughter. I remembered that I've been needing to get my back camera and LED light on iPhone 8 fixed, so I called the number and asked if it was possible.
For $45 and about 10 minutes of my time, my iPhone 8 camera was fixed!
Turns out the camera had burned out. It might have been because I was using too much during my daughter's birthday party last year.
Anyway they fixed it! High recommend!

The information on the store and online say that they open at 10 AM. So I went all the way down to the store, got there at 10 and proceeded to wait until 10:12am. I called several times. Nobody answered and nobody ever came out of the back. That's very poor business to advertise an opening time and then not open at that time. You just lost a potential customer. Be more professional.

I came to fix my phone here that I dropped in a toilet. I tried 2 places before but they couldn't fix it and another place didn't even try to fix it by saying that it got rusty and the motherboard is damaged and my best option is to go to the apple store. iRepair didn't guarantee but promised to do their best to get results. Terrible customer service and PRODUCT! I brought my phone on Monday to have the screen replaced and pulled in out of my bag on Friday and my screen was cracked. The phone was not even dropped. They refuse to correct the issue of providing me with an incompetent replacement. Their " warranty" coverage refers to them messing up the job from the get go- that is not a warranty that's called normal service. Their "warranty" does not cover their faulty product. These guys are a lifesaver!
My phone was run over by a forklift and maan was I hella pissed!
I thought all hope was lost! I had important notes, contacts, pictures and games.
And worst part is.. I never backed up ANYTHING!
So
These guys inspected it and told me the phone had frame damage..
But told me not to worry. I was relieved because they told me it could still be saved.
I didn't care for the phone physically,
all I wanted was for the phone to turn on just so I can have a chance to back it up onto another phone..
Anyway these guys did what they had to do and gave me a second chance to

My husband bought me a cute gold colored Popsocket that makes holding the phone easier.
"It matches your phone" he said.
