Terrible customer service. It takes days for someone to get back to you. After trying to leave over 8 phone messages. I decided to send a message on Messenger. I received a response that they only do walk-ins. Also, the website says one thing but when asked they say another. ie. Example: Your website says you take Medicare, is that correct? Your website says you do acupuncture. I can refer you to someone. Response: I do not do acupuncture. My son was asked his age Response: I only deal with older adults. We received this response 2 weeks later even after I was told just to walk in but my son was
