Lincoln Asset Management provides turnkey, worry-free hotel management, overseeing the operation of each property through a proven management structure.
At LAM Hotels, we take an extreme amount of pride in growing great team members into exceptional leaders. We strive to identify talent and provide coaching through positive motivation and constructive counseling.
Benny started in 2015 as a Breakfast Attendant, he was given the opportunity to cross train into Housekeeping and then moved to Lead Housekeeper in 2016 and today he is still learning and growing into his new role as Assistant General Manager. Nathan started in 2007 as a Front Desk Associate. In 2012, he was asked to take on the Assistant General Manager position and is now the General Manager of the property.
Our guests come for family adventures, romantic getaways, business trips and a fun and relaxed setting. Each property features its own personality, thoughtful design, unique amenities, and personalized service. We're looking for team members who have a big hospitality heart, a desire to serve others, and boatloads of enthusiasm.

Don’t waste your time even trying to work for this company I’m surprised this company has been able to make it as far as they are! Good luck LAM hopefully your guests and employees don’t all contract covid 19 :)
