This is a long overdue review of the Pappazi team. I've been with Pappazi since 2014 when I was scrambling to find a decent rate for homeowners insurance.

Pappazi made it so easy to find home insurance that as my other policies expired I found myself calling them to help find a competitive rate for auto insurance and other things like drone insurance.

No matter who I've spoken to, whether its Staci, Kasey or Ashley, the team has always been quick to resolve my issues.

Kristina was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. She was also patient in explaining all the insurance products I was looking into. To be honest, I find insurance language so difficult to understand so I need someone who knows what they are doing and is willing to take the time to spell it out for me. I've been with these guys over a decade. I've done both my home insurance and auto insurance with them at various points.

Typically, they were helpful and responsive. Lately, something has changed.

I have attempted to consolidate my policies, and a year later I have been unable to accomplish this. They are slow to respond and don't run the quotes I ask for, requiring me to renew my existing policies. I am no closer to consolidating anything.

The last time I pointed out that it was not was not what I asked for, I got "have a nice day!"

I have experienced this firsthand when my liability ins. carrier decided to be unavailable to most agents including Pappazi. When it came time to renew my policy & with such short notice from the carrier, Pappazi put my needs first by enrolling my insurance policy to another agency to keep the original policy and the premium costs from increasing . Spending a lot of time researching and hunting, Pappazi was able to find the best & lowest priced policy! I know this

If you aren't working with an insurance agency for your car, boat and/or homeowner insurance needs, you should be. I've been so thankful for the Pappazi agency! Every year they calculate the best deals for all our renewals. We have both our cars and our house and property insured via their services. Letting them do the checking for the best insurance rates when they come up for renewal is having one less thing on my already too busy to do list. Our family is very grateful for them!

I have had such a great experience with Pappazi insurance. April is our girl!! We have bought 2 houses in the past few years and have used them both times. I have a big shout out for Pappazi Insurance Agency. They have saved me quite a few thousand dollars in the past two years.
