Generally the caregivers themselves were caring people but I had a very bad experience with the company management from start to finish. I do not recommend this company except for knowledgeable families able to set standards and procedures, and supervise closely. Be aware that at least three of the google reviews I read here were from company employees.

Didn't get a chance to understand how this group is rated so highly. First appointment: they needed to reschedule, but the time didn't work. Well that's fine. We tried a second time, and the person phoned and cancelled, saying she had "car trouble". Ok, maybe so. Tried a third and final appointment, and again the person called with "car trouble". So now we know that "car trouble" isn't really what is happening.
Perhaps this is just one rogue employee who is not properly supervised and ruining the reputation of the company? That's the best case scenario, so a one-star review.

Do not hire this agency if it is important to actually have someone there with your loved one or if your thinking it would be easier than having to manage staff and worry about call outs and shift coverage. If your assigned aide calls out they basically call one person shrug their shoulders and tell you no ones coming.

I want to thank A&B Homecare for helping my dad in his time of need. His aides have been reliable dependable and dedicated to helping him in his daily Routine. They have given him rides to the grocery store, to church, and doctor's appointments. Since I'm at work everyday I don't have too much time to help him with these things. Great service A and B great caregivers!!
