I opened my first agency back in 1994 and now I'm proud to serve the residents of Walnut Creek, CA and surrounding areas, including Pleasant Hill, Concord, Danville, Alamo, Martinez and East Contra Costa County. My agency handles homeowners insurance, auto insurance, life insurance, business insurance and more.

Susan Cappo is the best of the best. She’s responsive, jumps in to help when we need it and has been a great resource when we moved into the same community as her and needed some guidance on schools, swim teams etc.
When our refrigerator water tube broke...flooding our kitchen... Susan walked me through each step of the claims process. Our direct State Farm claims manager was extremely responsive as well. A few years later Susan jumped right in to help when someone hit my car. The process was seamless and Susan kept me calm when I was frantic about the damage. She has a soothing personality

After getting dropped by our former home owner's insurance carrier due to fire concerns (I guess fires only happen in California?) Susan was not only able to insure our home but was also able to provide coverage for our cars and an umbrella policy at LOWER rates than we were paying. She was very responsive to our million questions, very professional AND saved us money!

For almost three years now I have been insuring my work vehicle with Susan, her conduct as my insurance agent exceeds expectations. Recently, two vehicles were added to my family. I did a market survey and compared prices and terms between several insurance companies and again the price and terms at Susan's office were the best. I would like to compliment Irene who works with Susan and took care of me regarding the additional vehicles, she was very kind, professional and really wanted to help - and also succeeded. I just wanted do acknowledge what awesome insurance agents and wonderful people but Susan and Debbie are! Susan has been my agent for the last 25 years and covers all my insurance needs from cars, homes, and jewelry. Both Susan and Debbie are very knowledgeable and respond quickly to any questions or needs I may have. For a short time we tried a different agent and had such poor customer service we went running back to Susan and Debbie! Thank you so much for all you do!

I made the choice to get life insurance two years ago and Susan was extremely patient and thorough with my many, many questions -- and I got a very good rate for what I needed at the time. I love my State Farm agent Susan & her stellar office staff. I had an issue with having my front windshield replaced. Something so easy to repair turned into an unpleasant ordeal. Luckily I had Susan and Debi in my corner and they dealt with the window/glass company reps. They were relentless.
Their attentiveness to detail and follow up were flawless. Glad they were taking care of me. These ladies are awesome!!!!

Susan and her staff are outstanding. They provide consistently exceptional, prompt, friendly customer service.
I know that any time I have a question or concern about my auto, home, or life insurance (yep, all through State Farm because of Susan's fantastic service...), Susan is just a quick email or phone call away.
I would never dream of changing insurance providers, because I know I could not possible receive better treatment.

While they were not able to cover the type of small business I have Debbie was awesome. She called their underwriting department right after I called and called me back about 10 minutes later. While they weren't able to help me she did give me two referrals... which makes my job a lot easier now. It's always nice when somebody in a particular business you are not too familiar with can provide you with a referral.

I used to insure my vehicles through State Farm (particularly through Susan Cappo), and were it not for the extremely competitive rates that USAA offers military veterans, I'd still be insured by Susan.
Many of my family members, however, are still insured through State Farm, including my parents, and all of us have had ZERO issues dealing with Susan and her office. My parents spend half the year in the Philippines, so I act as a proxy for them when they have insurance needs or issues, and the service is spot on and exceedingly great with each interaction.

My son and I have been with State Farm for many, many years. We carry our cars, life insurance and renter's insurance with her. Susan is so kind, patient and helpful! She (and her staff) have always answered our many questions, have been there for us when we have needed them and have ALWAYS gone the extra mile to make our lives easier.
