We are so excited to get back into the classroom! Our 550 Hour program will enable you to take the new California State Exam in order to become a Certified Massage Therapist. Most massage programs have a 'one size fits all' standard curriculum that every student follows to completion. We offer many different elective classes for you to choose at convenient times.
These courses offer a very advanced level of specialized education taught by experienced instructors. The Massage Center Clinic provides a comfortable, professional atmosphere with private clinic rooms staffed by highly trained, courteous, student practitioners. Our students go through a very thorough training program before they are allowed to start working in the Student Center.

Services
With our 550 hour program, you will be qualified to take the MBLEx exam, which is required for CAMTC Certification. Students completing the 550 hours of massage training are encouraged to sit for the MBLEx exam, which is required for CAMTC Certification. Our 550 Hour course provides you with a solid foundation for becoming a successful Massage Therapist.
Certified through the State of California. CAMTC requires a minimum of 500 hours to become Certified in California. Transferred students who would like to become Certified can come to the Massage Center with their Transcripts from their prior educational experience and finish the hours needed to get Certified.
Each student has the opportunity to pick the classes that match their goals and interests. Infant Massage is a holistic and natural way to promote infant health, improve parenting skills and deepen the bonding between the infant and their parents. This is a speciatly Massage designed to assist women in the months of labor to relieve pain and discomfort.
The Elective Class Picker is an interactive tool for students to design your personal 550 Hour Massage Therapist Program. Students are required to complete 233 Hours of specialized elective classes. The elective calsses listed below are varied options that you can select according to your interests.
Being born and raised in Denmark, where massage therapy has been a part of life and accepted for many years. I understand the need that everyone has for massage. With 20 years experience as a successful Chiropractor, I have a passion to teach the wonders of massage therapy and the various modalities of the healing arts.

I am so grateful that I came across ASMT and all the amazing teachers and mentors I have been able to learn from. I can truly feel how passionate every teacher is at this institute and I feel confident knowing I have all the tools for my professional career. The students are also supportive and talented in their craft. I love receiving massages from my fellow class mates. Advanced Massage Center is a wonderful place to start your new massage career. The teachers are all so amazing knowledgeable and kind. They explain things well and really take the time to make sure you understand the importance of the things you are learning and truly grasp the concepts. Even throughout the pandemic they have been extremely thoughtful with the way they teach the classes to make sure that every growing therapist is able to learn to the best of their ability. They have been amazing with dealing with my crazy schedule, so never think that you’re too busy to start something new!

Vicki did a fantastic job! She went above and beyond. She was very professional and even covered me with a blanket when she could tell I was cold. Her transitions to different parts of the body were very smooth and the smell of products used was great. I appreciated and enjoyed every minute of my massage. I would definitely recommend!

I just finished my education here as a massage therapist! I can honestly say, that this whole experience has been life changing in a good way. The core program instructor has an ability to let every student grow as they need to and at the same time bring theory and massage techniques across in a professional and extremely useful way. I loved being a student at the school and feel very well equipped to be an excellent massage therapist for my clients. Every student therapist I have had a massage by in the massage center has been keen to give their best effort and they have all been capable of finding

I went to the massage center to sign up for evening classes. Met with Lisa and she was so lovely. Nice location and very clean. All the staff was very nice. Would like to start class now but they need more students to sign up for evening classes! Please sign up if you are interested! Affordable and great classes! Pass it along.
