WKW Construction, LLC (t/a Woodard Group) was founded by Keith Woodard, Jerry Kint, and Nancy Weiss in 1989 and has now served the greater Hampton Roads, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach region as a full service general contractor and commercial construction firm for over 30 years. Nancy and Keith remain partners to this day.

Woodard Group specializes in complete build-outs of commercial buildings, including corporate offices, medical facilities, dental practices, and retail stores. We excel in the ground-up construction of commercial buildings - from pouring the concrete on the exterior to putting the finishing touches on the interior.
The majority of Woodard Group's construction focus, volume, and production is through our tenant improvement (TI) work. Whether in high-rise buildings or stand-alone office spaces, we are called upon frequently to provide interior renovations, remodels, and upfits for all manner of commercial spaces including (but not limited to) corporate offices, medical/dental suites, and retail locations.
In addition to our extensive portfolio of tenant improvement work, Woodard Group excels in the 'ground up' construction of new buildings. Our history of work in this area includes a wide range of shell buildings, including those for retail, office, medical, or commercial purposes.
With some of the most significant national and regional retail brands represented in our construction portfolio, Woodard Group is a recognized builder in Hampton Roads for ground-up shopping center construction and retail buildouts.We have constructed some 250,000 SF of retail shell buildings since 1999 and continue to serve many of the same clients today.
