These guys are true professionals from a quality of work and customer service perspective. Its easy to work when everything goes as planned...but you never really know the true culture of a company...until something goes wrong.
To Big D (and Curt's) credit, they handled the problem situation professionally, and fairly.
We took full ownership of the problems created by one of our employees communication style, and quite honestly Big D could have responded negatively, but to my surprise never did. By the time Curt and I talked to discuss the matter, we ended up working things out in the end...and

We have work with Big D for several years with our lawn maintenance service and they have built 2 websites for us. The fees are good and the work is beautiful. We had Big D create a web page for us over a year ago. At the time, we didn't need any functionality for out site, we just needed a pretty face as we had an ordering system that provided all of our functionality. The project went fairly smooth with no major hiccups so, a year later when we decided we wanted functionality built into our site, we decided to have Big D do the job for us. Unfortunately, this project was a disaster. After 9 months of battling with Big D and tens of thousands of dollars later, we had to pull the plug on the project. We were almost forced to close our doors as Big D refused
