Big Fish NW Talent is a Spokane talent agency and a Seattle talent agency. We have offices on both sides of the state covering the Washington, Idaho and Oregon markets. Big Fish proudly has thousands of talent available for principal roles, extra roles and promotional/live events throughout the region.

Our talent can be readily found in films ranging from indies to theater blockbusters, regional & national commercials, training videos, gaming, voice-overs and many other projects. The directer determines the type and number of background players needed for the scene(s) shooting each day; and, provides a breakdown to the extras casting team.
Services
Becky Reilly began her career as a talent agent in 1987 at Options Talent in Denver, Colorado. In 1989, in partnership with Elynne Dale, she opened a brand new agency in Denver, calling it 'Big Fish Talent'. Big Fish Talent is the oldest agency in Denver, today; although, Becky sold her interest in the agency before moving to the Pacific Northwest in '94 where she recognized a need for a talent resource in Spokane, Washington.
Big Fish NW Talent represents all ages, sizes and ethnicities throughout the Pacific Northwest. Wherever your project is, we have trained, experienced, and dependable actors and extras with specialized skills to help make your project a success. We can make your search for talent in Washington a much simpler one.
This may seem very mechanical; but, your taking this 'moment' to give us these pertinent project details, is the most efficient means to quickly process to you the talent we represent who meet its needs. Once you 'submit', these details will be delivered to our agents for review (you will be cc:d a copy, also); and, you will be contacted with any further questions/concerns/updates.
Big Fish NW Talent represents all ages, sizes, shapes and ethnicities throughout the Pacific Northwest. If you are needing to cast 1 or 500 talent in or around Spokane, Seattle, Portland or any place between we have trained, experienced, friendly & dependable actors and real-people-extras. Tell us about your project.
Big Fish NW Talent has VO talent throughout the Pacific Northwest; along with talented VO artists from outside our home zones. Young/old, character/narration. You need it. We've got it! The voice is truly such a small piece of the puzzle. First, you must learn to use the voice effectively, and in ways that aren't always natural, in a medium where all we get is. the voice.

Melissa is rude and racist - she was totally a b---- about me having to travel during COVID and I know other actors she did this to as well. I had to go back to see family due to the indigenous issues arising in my hometown, as I am part indigenous, and she was very clear that her opinions did not see the discovery of the graves of thousands of indigenous children as a crisis I needed to return home to support family in as COVID was a concern. Meanwhile how many of her other talent were traveling - who know? Just go with someone who isn't this rude and abrasive - especially for young performers

Positive: Professionalism
Big Fish is good agency. My sister was with them long time ago. Now Talent 206 is her management. Both are good and most reputable in Seattle.

Big Fish NW is a well respected agency among local casting directors, representing talent that I am proud to call my peers, and Melissa knows the business. She has repped me since 2008, and she is absolutely who I want in my corner as a performer.

I don't know much about Big Fish- it is solid as a reputable agency. However I do not recommend working with child agent Melissa Baldauf. She is abrasive, and does not seem to have any idea as to what it means to be an agent who gives meaningful representation. She is NOT in your corner, and she is unable to have your child's best interests at heart.

This is a tough one to review. I'm giving at least some stars because the majority of the people who work there like Gordon, Becky and Elise are wonderful, positive, and nice people! Ever since they got Melissa though, it has had a negative vibe to the agency! There also appears to be a lack in communication in which over the years the lines get skewed and misconceptions are formed. For example, when I first reached out to the agency in 2005 I was told by one of the people there and I won't mention their name that it was "OK" for me to have two agents in the sense that my other
