We were with Turfs Lawn Care for 8 years. Never had a problem until this year. This year they started not once or twice a month. When I emailed the owner, Brian about this, “he said his guys said they came by.” I offered to send him a picture of our lawn showing that they had not come by, so he could talk to his guys. His response, “good luck with another company. Hope they can be consistent.” That was it. Apparently, Brian felt we should pay for services not rendered and did not appreciate someone pointing out his guys weren’t coming. Way to treat a customer after 8 years.
