Services
Through breath and body awareness, you will be guided to connect more intentionally with the present moment. This practice may include visualization or a loving-kindness meditation. A focus on patience and acceptance is used to replace judgement. This class will guide you through different nature visualizations each week to relax and heal you.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses a form of hands on healing. Reiki (pronounced Rey-key) is a Japanese word meaning universal energy or spiritually guided life force energy and is a gentle, non-invasive approach to health and healing. Reiki is secular (non-religious) and is being utilized by hospitals throughout the country including here in Wisconsin as a complementary healing modality.

Dragonfly Meditation is now offering life coaching! Below are some ways we can help. One-on-one Introductory Sessions- These hourly sessions will involve getting to know your situation and coming up with a starting place for you to begin.
Course Description: The Dragonfly Meditation Instructor Certification prepares you to lead guided meditation in groups as well as with individuals. This course is designed to help you integrate and become familiar with the science that supports mindfulness practice as well as experience a range of mindfulness practices.
