I was contemplating using these guys, but my wife's negative experience is steering me clear of them. I would let her review speak for itself, but I feel like I need to add some balance to the clear abuse of the ratings system being perpetrated by this "James Wight" individual. I don't know if that's an employee of the company or the owner himself or a family member or what, but he's left multiple 5 star reviews in a clear attempt to simply skew the ratings. This is dishonest and unethical and should be countered.

Just called to see if they were available (busy time off year) and to get a general idea of cost to dig a long trench and dry well in my new yard. He began to question my plan (I've spent hours and hours doing planning and research). He basically said I sounded young and insinuated I didn't know what I was talking about, all while saying "I'm just giving you advice." I had to ask again "so are you available to dig a trench for me?" No, he wasn't currently available. I've never had such such a bad customer experience with just a 2 minute phone call, even before services were provided.
