Eichner's is an Outstanding one stop shop for all your outdoor needs.Larry and his staff are the best around. Friendly and knowledgeable and hard workers. I had my boat fixed and STIHL chains sharpen even bought a 20in saw this year and thinkin about a new Yamaha outboard for my boat. Great place to get things done and back to work or play

My experience(s) this last week were fantastic. While traveling from out of state to spend time with my family on our boat HAD potential to be spoiled on day one due to a broken choke cable. After purchasing a wake board earlier that morning from a very polite crew up front (Larry and Nicki), I knew who I should call first while in the middle of the lake. A skilled tech went the extra mile to squeeze me into their busy schedule to get us back up and running so we could enjoy the remaining 5 days of our trip on the water. Their prices were fair regardless my circumstances, and the friendly service

We were unable to find a second seadoo locally this June. we called every listed dealer within a 200 mile radius. We were very blessed to find Eichner's. Maria was so sweet to work with us on getting everything set up for an out of state purchase. Once every thing was said and done it was obvious how much Eichner's out shined our Local dealer.
We even made the 3hr drive a second time to check out Big MAC and made sure to swing in and say hi.
When the time comes for our seadoos to need serviced, I would rather make that 3hr drive to have a team I trust taking care of me.

I bought a 2015 Brute Force from Eichner's. I am extremely happy with my purchase and their professionalism with the whole experience! Quality Quad for a great price! $900 later after needing a prop and spark plug wires they take my 20 gallon tank off my boat put a 10 gallon tank on that doesn’t even work according to the year of the motor! Charged for a key switch I provided and they they broke the plastic panel surrounding the key.... you will never get any business from anyone I know and believe me when I say the credit charge is being disputed and backed by 2 other boat shops!

We were looking for a Lowe dealer and found Eichner . We wanted a Lowe boat cover and found a price through the Lowe website. We wanted to give our business to Eichners and help support the Keith County economy. We were quoted almost a 100% mark up over the price quoted on the website. We showed the staff at Eichners and they refused to budge. I have no issue with them making a profit, but that is gouging in my opinion. We then took our boat to have an exhaust leak repaired, test the cranking battery, and perform any needed maintenance. After several calls to them, they finally said the boat was

Worst customer service. Spoke to Maria and she rudely hung up on me as we asked to pick up our boat and not spend the high fees to finish the fix . She was upset we did not want to pay that much to fix. We also had to call them over and over to see the status and we asked for boat to be done at a certain date. They never told us they were weeks out. We WERE a repeat customer and have already paid a few thousand in the past . However, to have the boat fixed and two times it went back within the year is not a good fix sign. We will gladly take our $1300 elsewhere . I do NOT recommend and will say
