For Your Health Medical Supply was founded in 1997. We are located in the heart of the Pocono's in Pennsylvania. Our main focus is Diabetics. We carry supplies to meet most of your diabetic needs. We are insurance and Medicare providers and we supply our patients with diabetic supplies then bill their insurance company for those supplies that are covered through your insurance.

Horrible Customer Service!! I called Dec 28th spoke to a woman & explained to her what I was looking for. I gave her all the insurance information that was needed along with the drs office Information. She said she will get back to me. After a few days I called again to get any updates appropriately the person I spoke to was not there. The person who answered the 2nd time said she will leave a note that I called. So far today's date is 1-7-2021 no call back from anyone. Very unprofessional. They are super unhelpful as well!!!!! My neighbor also needed a wheelchair for her mom I told her go elsewhere
