I really had a good experience with HRCap.
The recruiter (Michelle Kim) matched me a position that I was really interested in. Other agencies tend to simply focus on candidate's work experience and introduce similar job positions but Michelle clearly understood my interest and career goal from my resume and conversation.
Also, Michelle and Stella gave me quick updates throughout the entire process and helped me prepare for next steps and make a final decision. I felt like they are advisors/friends who provide meaningful insights not just like people who only work for money.

Overall, I had smooth and good experience with HR Cap. Stella and Jennifer helped me through out the process.
There was about a month gap between my first interview and a followup where I thought I was rejected. During that period of time, I wished that HR Cap would have gotten back to me saying that they haven't heard any feedback yet. When I asked about my feedback I didn't get any reply back until a few days later saying that their client was "bummed". I was a bit disappointed because of the way they sounded, as if I wasn't "bummed" myself that the interview didn't turn out the way it did.

Horrible experience. Recruiters are clearly not trained properly. The recruiter I met with was bad mouthing his upper-level management during our interview and urged me not to work there. Place is clearly a mess from top down. I can write paragraphs and paragraphs about my experience but I'll be nice.
