I just read a review from someone who experienced what I'm experiencing right now. I stopped by and spoke to a gentleman that assured me someone would come out and measure. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard from anyone yet. I called them four times and they keep telling me the same thing(someone will call me to set up a time for a measure). I haven't heard from anyone yet!

I’m sure J&M is very busy. That’s no excuse for their lack of customer service. Appears by reading the reviews that this is the norm for them. I signed contract for enclosure in September and it was finally installed about 4 months later. The side of my enclosure was damaged by roofers and am needing a replacement for it. Additionally, my enclosure is leaking BAD!! All along one of the seams, water pours out and along the wall, the water pours down. I’ve called. I’ve emailed. I emailed and called them 6/12 regarding the replacement trim and 6/18 regarding the leaks in my new enclosure.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! That's how happy I am with their service from start to finish. They gave me options and worked within my budget. Even the owner came out to do the final measurements. Another big benefit is they do not sub-contract. Their install crew was professional and neat. Strongly recommend you get an estimate from J&M Aluminum for your gutters, carport or screened-in room. You will not be disappointed! Next I'm contacting them for storm protection panels.

Mixed feelings, but mostly a difficult experience.
Positive: Sales person came out to the house and was personable and easy to work with. The installation work itself was excellent and they were conscientious.
Negative: The estimated time frame of 8-10 weeks turned into 18 weeks. After no communication from them, I called at 12 weeks and 17 weeks. Both times, they didn't follow through with what they told me. They've got a problem with customer service, communication, and time frame estimation. Also, there are lines on the product from a black permanent marker where the metal

I went in to view storm doors and I order a stock screen door on 4/28. 4-weeks later they still did not have it in stock and I cancelled. I was also priced at least $150 more than a similar door at Lowes and Home Depot. By the time my order arrived I had already had my door installed by Lowes a week earlier. When I cancelled, they said they would refund my $200 deposit when they sold the one I had ordered. I went by yesterday (6 weeks later) and no one knew where the door was (which means there was NO possibility that they ever tried to sell it). Multiple people could have bought that door

Purchased my custom measured 4' screen slider door for my 8' slider. Very well made.
Chris took measurements, ordered my door and had it in store ready for pick up in 2 days.
Brought the door home, fit perfectly and the wheels are easily adjustable with a Phillips head screwdriver.
Priced very reasonable!

I have been waiting to post this review. How this company stays in Business I have no idea. They took my order 3/22/2016 and Mary Beth said they would start the work in 3 to 4 weeks and I said great because I was heading back north in about 6 weeks and she said ok no problem. today is 4/26/2016 and they called me at 1:00PM today and said that the crew was heading over to my place to do the work. I was about 45 minutes away. Wouldn't you think that they would have called in the morning to let me know what time to expect them? The workers were great and did an excellent job. A called called

Designer MaryBeth is great! If they ever lose her they fail. They pull the permits for the project, BUT, worker men are careless with their trash. There was small aluminum pieces and screws left around the work area. We believe any company should clean after themselves, when paying half down & balance due the day they complete the job. They were ringing the phone wanting payment ASAP after we waited weeks for them to start the job, because they are short staffed. Now the roof is leaking & we question if we want to call them for repair, or will they make it worse. We should have waited
