First off you guys charged me $845.00 to not do anything to my car but take it apart and leave it taken apart I drove my car their only to have to tow it out. You guys didn’t want to give me the parts you ordered for my car and still charged me all that money. You tried to charge me over $5000.00 to send my heads to a machine shop to take a bolt out which was outrageous!! I’m letting you know now that you will be dealing with this in court I drove my car into your shop and I expect it to be put back together not charged extra to fix your mistake so I will be filing a lawsuit as soon as possible

I recently moved here from out of state and can't pass a smog test since we do not have those requirements in my home state. So I brought my car here in hopes it wouldn't be too expensive to fix. They said it would cost $200 for a diagnostic. They called me half way thru to tell me my car will cost thousands to repair with just the codes they found so far. They gave me the option of continuing with the diagnostic, or stopping. When I went back for it, they only charged me $60. I really appreciated that!!! I was a repeat customer until I had my SUV diagnosed for a grinding sound in front end for $190. Then was told they couldn't locate problem but would continue to look for another $600+. Then once they found the problem they'd notify me of problem and how much more to repair it. $190+$600+?=NO THANKS! I repaired the axle bearing myself for cost of bearing, grease and seal $160.

Amazing customer service and really reasonable especially in a small town. They aren’t out to “rip you off” like other local shops. Service was quick even still, they offered me their loaner car so my daughters and I didn’t have to wait in the lobby for an hour. Best part is their shop pup!! I finally found an auto shop to keep up with my car that I feel confident in.

Dropped my car off at 0800 and didn't get it back until around 1630. I completely understand that it takes awhile to get parts in our little town, but I had all day so I didn't need my truck back and they knew it. Customer service was great and they called me every chance they could to let me know if there was a snag in the job or how close they were to finishing or when the parts would arrive at the store. Had a great experience here and would definitely recommend. Best brakes in town!

Cannot recommend. I suspected there was a problem with my car when I kept hearing a strange noise while driving especially while beginning to accelerate from a stop or while sitting in idle. I suspected it being the transmission but that wasn't the case. They ran a diagnostic on it and all they found was that my motor mounts might be going bad and also suggested servicing the transmission. The cost for this would have been $1,300. After taking it to someone in my family who is a mechanic he was able to diagnose it in 2 minutes as being a problem with my idle control valve which is easily noticed

My family and I went to Ridgecrest the day before Thanksgiving for a funeral, and on the way home to San Diego, my car's break system went out- whole thing, locked up and smoking! We were on the side of the desert highway, having little luck with my car insurance towing, and felt a bit stressed out!
My mom found Paul & Sons online, and gave them a call. A wonderful young man, (Frank, I think) arrived in about 20 minutes with a huge tow truck and hauled us back into town for diagnostic. He was super easy-going and kind, putting us immediately at ease.

I had a speaker system put in here. Sounds nice but I felt like I was severely overcharged and probably could have gotten same audio equipment for half the price. I was in a pinch and wanted it done asap so I went along with it. Took longer than expected had to take it back multiple times to finally get the sound I was looking for. And still the system is just okay. Not the next level system I was expecting. Be weary of this company.

My girlfriend and I were driving back to LA three days ago when my radiator in my 95 4runner exploded. We called Paul's Towing and they dispatched Frank to pick us up and go collect my truck high up on Walker pass. Frank got to us really fast which you appreciate when standing out in the desert heat and entertained us with some funny jokes while he drove us back to my truck. He's definitely Barack Obama's biggest fan! Frank loaded my Toyota securely on his tow truck and back to town we went.
