In the mid 1990's I began selling my jelly at farmer's markets and craft fairs. After hearing customers, family, and friends rave about how they loved our products, we decided to take the next step.

Pepper Jellies or Pepper Glazes can be used as a glaze on meat - steak, chicken, pork, ham, etc. Spread cream cheese on a plate, top with your favorite pepper jelly and serve with your favorite crackers. 1/2 cup your favorite Rafter 7S pepper Jelly or 1/4 cup hot pepper jelly (use more or less to taste).
