TDC, LTD., actually an abbreviated format of "The Devaney Company", is an organization that was started out of necessity by Susan and Ed Devaney in 1988. Their daughter Megan, was born with heart defects, which led Susan to quit her daytime job and start cleaning office buildings at night as a sole proprietor.
This allowed Susan to stay at home with the kids during the day and work at night after Ed got home. Ed continued to work for an industry leading industrial product and chemical supplier, while Susan ran the cleaning business for a number of years. Eventually, growth made it necessary for Ed to join her, incorporate the business, and propel TDC into new areas.

TDC is a professional company with strong, family-based values and beliefs - a large part of how we do business! When a customer calls our office, they are always greeted by a member of our Management Team, often one of TDC's owners. Accountability for a job done correctly, the first time. Susan, Ed, and Megan, the leaders of our Management Team, are dedicated to providing exceptional service while minimizing interruption in your daily routine.
We have been very successful since 1988 as a result of consistently delivering services that exceed the expectations of our customers. Here is a current list of the services TDC performs, which are constantly expanding to meet the needs of our clients. Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly scheduled tasks that make up a comprehensive periodic maintenance schedule.
TDC was founded on these services and continues to provide services for a variety of large high-profile customers, as well as some smaller businesses in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Through nearly 25 years of providing high quality facility maintenance and janitorial services, TDC has learned a number of ways to insure that our customers get the best results we can provide, on a daily basis.
TDC has been performing Textile Cleaning Services for years in our Commercial Accounts. Carpets, Chairs, Fabric Partitions, and a number of other items are a normal part of our cleaning services for many of our clients. TDC's excellent reputation for delivering results in these areas has contributed to our overall success.
Ed Devaney, Vice President of TDC, is in charge of our Chemical, Supply and Consumable Sales. Ed spent 20 years with a large National Supply company taking care of a variety of needs for a variety of different supply customers. Ed has a vast knowledge of what is available, what works well, what products are most cost-effective and which ones simply work the best.
