EDIT: I finally got my return shipping label and the instructions. Their products are amazing but the customer service could definitely improve.
I am very much disappointed with your customer service. I initiated my return process nearly 2 weeks ago. As the website did not create a return shipping label unlike your return policy said it would, I contacted the support right away and was told I should expect to receive my return label and instructions by email within 72 hours. Extremely unhappy with customer service. My family purchased me $300+ scrubs for my birthday in November 2018 for my birthday in February due too a large sale going on at the time. Unfortunately I only got to wear the scrubs twice after two washes the scrubs had faded 3 to 4 shades and there was lint constantly on the scrubs due to the “fuzz”. I contacted customer service hoping for some help only for the agent to tell me I incorrectly washed them via message. I followed the cleaning instructions to a T. Hands down without a doubt the best pair of scrubs I have ever owned. For anyone in the medical field that has yet to try these - you are missing out. Gone are the days of the one size fits all, over washed, tattered hospital scrubs. Within an hour of wearing my first pair of FIGS I was hooked. The scrubs are so unbelievably comfortable, it's like you are wearing a cloud. I would highly recommend these to any and everyone.

I recently purchased a couple of pairs of scrubs and was so excited to get them in the mail! They finally came and turns out both pants were the wrong size. I usually order size S, but had changed my selection based on their size chart. In my attempt to return one of the pairs I learned that it was a final sale item. I nicely explained to the sales rep via email that I had purchased the wrong size based on their size chart, and would like to exchange for the correct size. She informed me that all sales on this particular item were non exchangeable. I have never in my life been unable to return
