Run -- Don't Walk!
My five months of service with this company have been very disappointing. In all of that time, I received only TWO brief notes to document their "weekly" service to my pool! I received these two notes only because I asked for some feedback after months of no communications with me except for their billing. When I called or spoke to any representative of the company, they were unprofessional, curt, and condescending. If you would like to deal with a "service" company that does not provide any feedback except when specifically requested or whose employees

I've been with Andy's Pools for 20 years. For the past several months, the new tech has lied and not done what he claims he has. I have security cameras to prove he doesn't stay as long as he claims nor does the work he should. Today was the final straw! AFTER his visit, there was dirt still in my pool, the skimmer looked like it had not been cleaned or emptied in weeks, the salt cell light was on "needs cleaning," and the filter was black. When this was reported to Andy's Pools, the woman on the other end did nothing but yell and deny any of this and told me

AWFUL!! If I were able to rate them a zero, I would. We had them out for a pool cleaning/filter clean. There was dirt still on the pool floor and the filter was slapped full of sand/dirt. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.That was the first and last time we’ll use them. Save yourself the time and call someone else!
