I had my sliding door refurbished by Joey and Kemeyon. They did an outstanding job! They were polite, hard working, and very through in their work. Apparently, my doors were a bit of a challenge since they were older doors but they persevered – They really glide now! I’m very happy and hope that Lizette is very proud of these technicians who represent her company so well. Thank you!

Beacon Windows owner Lizette sent Justin and Cory to refurbish 41 year old gulf front sliding doors that would no longer roll open. The crew was very knowledgeable and got the doors sliding like new. I can now slide the doors open with a single finger. Excellent job and they cleaned everything up when done. Highly recommended +++++

A friend of mine recommended Beacon Windows. Had the door sliders track refurbished and so glad. I went with this option instead of buying a whole new set of sliders for both bedrooms.. Lizette was wonderful, spent lots of time explaining the process and what Beacon would do to repair the sliders.
The repair team were polite and informative. The once hard to open doors now slides freely. Maintenance should be easy as we were told to just keep the tracks free of dirt and debris.
I would recommend them to anyone as an option to purchasing costly replacements slider doors. Thank you to the team

Excellent customer service. Don't think our slider doors and windows have ever had any maintenance done to them. Jose, Joey and Ricky did a great job, very neat, clean and pleasant. They even explained how to take care of the doors/windows in the future. Would definitely use them again, if necessary and highly recommend them. Prices were very reasonable as well.

I can’t tell you how happy I am that I decided to call Beacon for my doors we moved in an old condo and the doors were terrible whistling howling I almost put in new ones but Lizette was so wonderful and said to me we can fix them like their new I’m glad I listen to her not only that they do a great job Joseph and Onel not only were they… professional but had so much patience with me I just recommended them to one of my neighbors she is having a similar problem I told her she will be very very happy with bacon thank you guys again can’t say enough of how wonderful you all

Two very capable and very polite young men arrived on time to our Clearwater Beach Condo and worked diligently to replace the rollers and the weather stripping on our very heavy sliding glass doors. One door was so damaged that we couldn't slide it at all from it's locked position. Within 2 hours all 3 doors worked perfectly and they even cleaned the glass! I would highly recommend Beacon Windows.

Came in to replace the glass and refurbished the frames. 1/3rd the price of new sliding doors. Steve gave the original quote and sent 2 workers to remove the doors and frames. The workers were a few hours late, and as usual it took longer than expected to remove. We have a very strict HOA rules, and it becomes stressful when we have to be working right up to the limit on time.
We had Beacon come back out to the unit for a few adjustments "3" times so far, but finally got the doors straightened out. But still working on a pretty large gap when you close the sliding glass doors. Will

Amazing job refurbishing our 3 heavy old sliders and saving us thousands so we didn’t have to replace. Same with an expensive decorative window. The impact glass was still good, so they repaired the leaky frame and saved thousands over replacing the entire window! Quick, personal and attentive service. So glad I found them!

Loved that they wore masks - important to me. The job was completed in May and they did a great job repairing my sliding doors. However, the weather stripping fell off day 2 and I have contacted the manager David and the company several times to please have someone come and repair it. It would be no more than a 15 minute fix - new weatherstripping that is securely attached this time. They responded a month ago, said they were busy but that they would get someone there. They never have. So their rating has dropped because they are not willing to stand by their work

I had the guys out from Beacon Windows yesterday and was totally impressed with their service, speed, and cleanliness! The main office had given me a quote for a worst case scenario for fixing my doors - they were nearly impossible to open because they had never had new rollers or been adjusted. Turned out that my tracks were fine - so that saved me a couple hundred dollars, and took less time that they had originally told me. My doors are like brand new - can't believe it took me over 10 years to have them fixed - but now i know who to call! Would absolutely recommend them!

Bacon windows has always been there when I needed them. They came out to my house a year ago and completely refurbished my 20-year-old sliding glass doors for a fraction of what it would cost to replace them and made them just like new. They just came out today and out of the kindness of their hearts made them work even better. Beacon windows gets my business every time.
