I needed a plumber for an emergency on a weekend at a rental property I own, and I called several other companies. Some were closed and others were too busy to come out. When I called Orlando he came out that day and took care of the issue. He has done repairs for me several times since then on some of my rental properties. Orlando is the only plumber I will use now, he is so responsive and very friendly. He’s a true professional and gets the job done quickly, and the right way and is very reasonable on his costs. I had a smell coming from my basement drain that I was choosing to ignore because I was afraid of the cost. Well, the other day, the drain started draining really slowly and I knew I had to face the truth and call a plumber. I requested a quote through Yelp and received a response from Orlando. He was great! He came out a few days later (it was better for my schedule) and fixed my issue. He took the time to explain the issue and showed me the tree roots he pulled up from the drain. And all at an extremely reasonable price with a three month warranty!will definitely call him for any plumbing issues

Big O is probably the most professional and outstanding plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His services came at a good cost for my clogged up toilet and the service was fast.
