Brooks PowerSports opened its doors to the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area as an official Can-Am dealer in spring 2016. After looking at numerous places for an atv Brooks was the best. I purchased a 2022 CanAm outlander 650 max from them. Greg was terrific in keeping me updated and helped me in everything I needed. I ordered additions and they had everything thing ready for me when I picked it up. I couldn’t be more happier with it It’s freakin awesome. They are the best. If your looking for a Can am don’t waist your time going anywhere else but there.

Everyone we’ve ever talked to here has been wonderful. Greg helped us with the purchase of a spyder. The process was quick and easy. He was very helpful with information and any questions we had throughout the entire process. We’ve been here before for accessories and the experience was excellent each and every time. I was searching for a can am for my wife as i called and visited several dealers in my area i got either put on hold or told we have none in stock not sure when they will be available as i ask questions i was told not sure or can you hold never got an answer. (Did not feel welcome or appreciated ) My son gave me the phone number to Brooks Powersports by the way is over an hour from my home depending on traffic i called and the salesperson was so friendly and knowledgeable on the can am we talked about everything involving the can am so the salesperson said i will hold this one for you if you would

My husband found a great price on a bike from them 6 hours away. We made the drive and were happy with the bike and the people we worked with. The first time I drove it once I got home, a hose popped off the bike spilling gas everywhere. They were quick to offer to send a truck to pick the bike up and fix it for me. (SIX HOURS AWAY!) Luckily, it was an easy fix, and something very easy to miss overlooking the bike. We asked them to just mail us the part, and they were more than happy to. Dishonest owners!!! While shopping at this dealership my car was hit in their parking lot. We immediately went inside and asked them to pull the camera footage which we were told they could not obtain at that time but would call the tech to obtain it. My boyfriend noticed a customer riding a UTV in the parking lot that turned around by my car. The owner of the shop said he seen that as well and said the customer was test riding it after a shop repair. He went out to the parking lot and brought the customer in. The customer denied being anywhere near my vehicle. I wanted to call the police

Recently purchased a used Can-Am F3 limited Spyder from Brooks Powersports near Hershey, PA. I had an incredible experience with my purchase. My sales rep Greg was very helpful in helping me decide on my purchase. He ensured that I had all of the information prior to making my selection, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am used to high pressure sales tactics when I go to these places, and I can assure you that you can let your guard down here. Everyone is down to earth and made my purchase enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop.

Unreal customer service!! Words will not fully express how thankful we are for all the staff at Brooks Powersports! We picked up our new Sea Doo last week and we could not be happier! The updates with the progress on the delivery were fantastic!! The time that Chad took with me to go over the ski was incredible! We will continue to drive an hour to purchase and have our "toys" serviced at Brooks!! They are truly the BEST!!!
