Concord specializes in the removal of residential and commercial underground storage tanks. We have a variety of machines ranging from mini excavators & backhoes to larger equipment for bigger jobs. We will obtain the necessary permits and utility mark-outs prior to beginning excavation. Concord will expose the tank, pump out all remaining fuel/sludge from the tank, and clean the interior of the tank.
The tank will then be carefully removed from the ground and inspected. Concord personnel are experienced in various types of soil remediation including excavation, chemical oxidation, and in situ treatment. Concord can install structural support beneath a building or house when extensive soil excavation is required.

In the process of selling our house and needed remediation for our UST that was filled with sand 23 years ago. Was referred to this company, called that morning and by that afternoon a representative was out for an estimate. Got the official estimate about a week later, scheduled our appointment. Lisa- was fantastic in all of her communication. Kept us addressed of everything and made sure everything was done to fit our timeline.
