Never answer their phone or return calls or emails. PayPal won't work on their online purchase page. and no matter that there is nothing wrong with my PayPal account it declines the payment by PayPal. Can't find out if the item is in stock or not and sure don't want them to have access to my credit card. With PayPal and Ebay they don't charge your CC until the item ships. Got what I needed on Ebay.

Kept saying item was on a container ship, delayed. After 6 patient months I asked for a refund, called every 2 weeks for 6 more months, they kept lying and promising. Finally gave up. $500 gone. Crooks. Avoid this company

Same story as everyone else unfortunately. Poor customer service and doesn't follow up on their promises. I was sent a tarp that was the incorrect size for my metal frame. Still haven't received the replacement 3mo later. Very hard to reach by phone. Still waiting. I have other complaints too but this is the worst.

I have the same story as everyone else, many months of promises by never a shipped product. Then they kept promising to refund my money but never would. It was too late to contest with the Credit Card. I eventually got them to refund my money after threatening legal action. too bad, I always had a good experience buying from them in the past.

I ordered a replacement 20x40 tent cover from this company. We originally bought the tent from them. The took my check for $1009.00 and I’ve never got the cover. We’re a nonprofit the tent is for our annual carnival we have for the kids. They’ve been telling me for months the refund was coming. Nothing!!!

That should be a negative STAR.. Do NOT use this company!!! I ordered an expensive tarp in November 2017.. got the runaround why it was never delivered. I cancelled my order in January 2018 and was told I would get my refund check. It's the end of April 2018 and I'm still waiting on the check. EVERY week is another excuse why they haven't sent it yet.

Found this place on the web early last year (2017). We thought this would be the answer to our icy prayers here in CO! But it's February 2018 and we placed our order in May 2017 and STILL haven't received what they charged us for...
I've called 2 to 4 times every month to have the same guy tell me either, "it is on back order, we will send it asap" or "we will send you the product tomorrow and send you a refund". None of the things he has promised me have happened even though he continues to tell me they have the canopy and he will send it. Needless to say I&apos

I ordered two canopies in July, 2017. I've lost track of exactly how many times I have called and emailed, but it is now somewhere between 15 and 20. They kept promising to send the product "this week", but it never came. Finally I asked for a refund which they cheerfully promised to send, but again, nothing. Now it is too late to dispute the credit card payment. Looks like plenty of people are having the same issue based on BBB complaints and other review sites. Too bad, they were a good company in the past.

Our small non-profit has been trying since JUNE 2017 to either get our fire rated tarp order or get our money back. They have promised for over 4 MONTHS now to send us a refund. They even told us they HAD sent it, but it has NEVER arrived! DO NOT do business with this company. We never will again and may have to file a suit in small claims court to recover our loss. We had done business with them for over 5 years. Still hoping they will come through. Just sent our 10 day demand letter.

RIPOFF!!! Don't order or send money. Ordered from them in past no problem, but lately, if you're lucky enough to get a hold of someone, he will give you a bunch of BS and promise you that it will ship out tomorrow. 5 tomorrows later, I still don't have a canopy.

My auction company ordered a 20 x 40 tent on August 28. "John" said he needed a check because his computers were down. I was told it would be shipped September 11. The check was cashed immediately. We needed this tent for several outdoor auctions and we had to rent tents for the events. I have called this company almost every day since… mid-September. "Just a few more days... there was a product defect... Just a few more days." I have cancelled my order and waiting for a refund. It is now October 10 and our attorney will be contacting the company tomorrow.

Having the same problems as everyone else. I ordered from this company two years ago with no problem. Reordered over three weeks ago and my order is "still processing." Emailed twice; no response. Called twice and was told the same thing each time; he was having problems with his supplier and my order would ship in a day or two and I would have it by the end of the week. Also, when you call, it seems it's going to his personal cell phone; he just answers like its a personal call. No "This is Canopy Mart. How can I help you." Wondering if they are out or going out of business. I've filed a dispute

I placed an order on July 9th for components that were all listed as "In stock" on the website. On the 12th I called to inquire about my order not having shipped and was told that they'd be receiving a shipment on the 13th and my order would ship 2-3 days later. I then called on the 20th and again was told the shipment was coming on Thursday or… Friday and my order would ship after. Repeat on the 27th. Today, the 31st, I was told that their shipment would arrive this Friday (Aug. 4th) and my order would ship the following Tuesday. This entire time all products have been listed as "In stock

Over a year with no product and no refund. Purchased a replacement canopy February 2015. They led me to believe that it was on its way from overseas. In August 2015, they agreed to cancel the order and send a refund check. I have just been getting the run-a-around since. Today, they hung up on me twice.
