James helped me with a commercial property in La Jolla. The tenant wanted the owner to refinish the floors and James came out and recommended a deep cleaning instead to save some money and make the tenant happy. Throughout the process, James was extremely professional, his staff arrived on time and they did a wonderful job. The tenant saw the floor and was not happy with the satin finish so I asked James what we could do and without hesitating he said we could put another coat of shiny finish. The tenant personally called and emailed to let us know how beautiful and grateful they were for them

James is very professional and knowledgeable. He sanded and stained my whole living room and staircase. I was provided with a lot of samples and suggestions. I am extremely happy with his work and in-love with my floors. I will 100% use him again when I need Additional work done at my place.

I hired James to refinish my engineered floor which came great. We came across a few unforeseen repairs and James was fairly priced and accommodating. What I appreciated the most was that he was right on schedule and kept me in the loop through the whole process.
