Services
Each septic system undergoes a multiple inspection procedure. First, the site is evaluated by a local health department representative who performs careful soil and topography analysis to determine its location, size, and scope. Then, after installation according to these guidelines, the system is again inspected by the health department to ensure that all state and country requirements have been met or exceeded.
Aerobic systems provide a higher level of treatment than a standard septic system. They can be installed on properties that do not have suitable soil and challenging lots with limited soil conditions. This system combines filtration, settling, flow equalization, and optional disinfection into a single package.
This is an absorption system that is elevated above the natural soil surface of your property and consists of a septic tank, pump tank with alarm, suitable fill materials (usually gravel and sand),a constructed absorption area with a pipe distribution network, and topsoil. After initial treatment in the septic tank, wastewater is pumped to the absorption area, passing through the soil/fill material into the natural soil beneath.
A wetlands system consists of a septic tank, lined rock beds containing 12 of pea gravel, and an overflow lateral field. Aquatic plants are planted in the beds and treat the wastewater with any excess water disposed of in the lateral field. This system functions by initially treating the wastewater in the tank and then delivering the treated water into the bed where perennial plants introduce oxygen into the system.
