These are just a few of the many types of forms and equipment that we make for the precast industry.
Services
In 1863, a young engineer working on a water pipeline project in New Jersey needed some new equipment to handle a special concrete pour. He was told by all the iron shops he went to that it was impossible to build the type of equipment he was after. So he opened a shop in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with the idea that he would make what he needed and close the shop afterwards.
This was an emergency job to produce a large amount of special trenches in a very short time. Instead of making our usual high-quailty, long lasting molds, we made a bunch of forms as cheaply as we could and still get the productivity we required. These forms were poured 3-4 times a day. Note how black they are from the steaming!
Every week hundreds of drainage rings of all different sizes are produced from our forms. For 45 years our customers have had a hand in developing a high performance drainage ring form making the best use of your valuable man hours.
