Gary is a native of Fayetteville, NC. He attended Fayetteville Technical Community College as well as Fayetteville State University. Gary has spent the majority of his life working in the construction industry. Paint and wallpaper installation was Gary's area of concentration early in his career. As he gained more experience and knowledge, he knew he wanted to establish his own construction company.
In 2006 Gary obtained his North Carolina General Contractor's License and immediately launched Gary Robinson Homes, LLC. Gary Robinson Homes, LLC has grown from a couple of houses in its' first year to building an average of sixty homes per year throughout Cumberland, Johnston, Harnett, and Moore counties.

GRH homes built a top notch product! Our custom built home was a little more difficult and intricate with lots of details, arches and peaks! They took a design I created on power point and turned it into an actual architectural build! It was amazing to see if go from paper to product! They had us choose all of our selections from the beginning which we loved because there were no surprises throughout the build, all costs were accounted for up front with selections and we knew what we were getting! We did add and change some things along the way but they did a great job accounting for what needed

Beautiful home from Gary Robinson Homes. Excellent trim package with granite counters with enough space for our family. Only reason why this review is not a 5 star is because of the previous home warranty employee. We had several issues that were fixed but a large one that was not. The back door consistently leaks when it rains and has caused damage to the door (which I am paying to replace) and the floor boards (which the company fixed but didn't fix the leak so they are messed up again). I have communicated this to the new warranty employee but now we are almost 4 years after the fact and the

Multiple issues with the home.Lots of Corners cut!
Nails were left exposed on the roof.
Shower head rusted out after 6 months.
Siding under deck fell off because it was not secured properly.
Broken pieces of plywood used in the Attic.
Insulation in crawl space not secured properly and was falling off.
Shower was poorly designed so water would splash on paint resulting in mold and peeling paint.
Home was built without a pressure-reducing valve resulting in multiple plumbing issues.
Employee of GRH lied about property boundaries, Gary Robinson himself stood in my yard and said he would get

We chose Gary Robinson Homes (GRH) to build our custom DREAM home and we are so thankful we did! Building a custom home is never an easy process but the crew at GRH did their best to see that we had the home we envisioned.
I will say that the custom construction process is very involved and can be stressful at times- but to us it was worth it. They were able to build our home from start to finish in less than 10 months!
