Keith started Hot Water Now after researching and recommending the replacement of a restaurant's hot water tanks with tankless water heaters. The tankless water heaters would pay for themselves in maintenance and energy savings in a short amount of time. Plus, their long life span would result in lowering equipment replacement costs.
Beyond hot water systems, Keith is an avid camper and an excellent cast iron chef. When he's not working, you can often find him in the mountains whipping up a gourmet meal for 20 over a campfire. Realizing the benefits our customers get when a job is well done motivates our team to continue resolving hot water issues.

Services
Since our founding in 2007, the technicians at Hot Water Now! have dedicated themselves to providing professional tankless water heater repair and service in the Denver Metro area. Many companies claim they can repair tankless water heaters, only a few are Rinnai Advanced Comfort Expert PROS or Navien Service Specialists like Hot Water Now.
The goal of routine tankless maintenance is to prevent scale from building up inside the heat exchanger, keep filters, igniters, fans and burners clean, and check gas pressure, proper venting and system performance. Over time, we've found that the average household benefits the most from annual service plans.
Tankless water heaters are compact water heating units that provide hot water as it is needed. They do not store and keep hot 40-, 50-, 75- gallons of hot water like traditional tank-type water heaters. Instead, when a hot water tap is turned on, a sensor detects the water flow and activates the tankless heater instantly heating the water.
Replacing a hot water tank can be as simple as a two hour 40 or 50 gallon tank swap. It can also be a plumbing puzzle requiring complicated mechanical problem solving. The key to a successful tank installation is rooted in expertise developed over years in the industry. Work with a professional to ensure that you are buying the perfect water heater for your specific needs.

DO NOT USE this " company" period. A 300.00 disaster service call plus 200.00 in parts. Out 500.00 and had to replace tank-less hot water heater after at another 1000.00 expense. Service tech had to face-time another tech while on site because he had no idea what he was doing or looking at to fix. Tech was even hung up upon by the Noritz tech operator due to his poor attitude. Please use an alternative company when you have hot water heater problems or needs. You will regret using this company !!!!!!!

We have a tankless hot water heater that kept shutting down. We could reboot it and it would work for a day then shut down again. We looked for a plumber that knows about tankless heaters and this company bragged about being the expert. We hired them to help. The guy that came out didn't really seem to know much about tankless heaters from the get go. He checked it out and said that the water pressure going into the unit was way too high and causing problems. He also said that we need to replace the tankless, as it was "worn out". The tankless was only 6 years old and they

Is this a company of professional plumbers, or salespeople who know how to make a profit? I hired Hot Water Now! for 2 projects in 2021. Never again.
Install a new kitchen sink faucet = Hot Water Now! subcontracted this job to a guy with plumbing experience, who wanted to be paid in cash.
Install a new electrical hot water heater = I agreed to purchase a specific brand/ size of electric hot water heater, then Keith and the How Water Now! staff installed a different brand, different size. After I complained, they claimed that they thought I would appreciate receiving a more expensive appliance

As a former installer, I feel it's important to put the truth out there. DON'T. I write this not as a bitter ex employee, but as a tradesman who's really disappointed at the some of the work I signed off on.You should know the truth first. The owner, Keith is a mess behind the scenes. He claims to have a masters license, as a journeyman, his lack of practical knowledge was troubling. He will come out and give you a bid that is physically, totally unfeasible, meaning I'd eat up more of your time, trying to figure out what should be done to do it right. He doesn't order the right parts for the job

We engaged with this company upon purchasing a home that had a tankless water heater. The water was taking several minutes to get hot in our upstairs fixtures and HWN recommended servicing our unit. We did so and saw negligible improvements. They then said that the system we have is too small for the size of our home and they recommended a top of the line Rinnai model that they said was the "cadillac" of water heaters and that it should be able to push hot water to all of our fixtures without issue. Well, after spending $6,000 with HWN to install the new unit, we have seen nothing but

This is THE company to work with if you need to replace a water heater. The owner, Keith, knows his stuff. The back their work and guarantee their service. I had a little getting my hot water to come out of the upstairs faucet, and they had somebody there within 24 hours. Amazing company to have install, maintain or repair your water heating needs.

I hired Hot Water Now! to service my Rinnai RL75iN tankless water heater in August 2020. Everyone I spoke with, which included ownership, the front office and the technician went above and beyond. Communication at all levels of the organization was prompt and comprehensive. I want to give Mike Bailey (the technician) special recognition for his expertise and outstanding customer service. This is the first time I worked with Hot Water Now! and it will not be the last.

Kids poured water into the exhaust vent of our Rinnai tankless water heater and it stopped working. The first plumbers that came out had to call Rinnai tech support to figure things out, and then quoted me $5000 to replace the gas valve which they'd have to special order. David from Hot Water Now came the same day, tried cleaning out the unit first and when that didn't solve the problem he replaced the gas valve (he had the exact part in his truck!) for $350. He was very knowledgable and was willing to explain everything so I understood what was wrong. I would recommend this company to anybody

Had Adam and Matt out to install a combi-boiler. These guys took a lot of care to make sure the system works great and looks great. After the installation, they've checked to make sure everything is running smoothly and that we are happy with how the new boiler is running. They've worked very hard and we are happy with their service.

These guys are very honest and their prices are competitive. I called Done, Applewood, and Plumline. They all were $300- $450 more. Same tank same warranty. I wanted a tankless but they talked me out of it since I would never recuperate my investment. Plus since our water comes in so cold in the winter they aren’t as efficient as everyone things. Tankless is idea for warm year round climates.
Install team showed up 20 min early. Completed the job 1 hr before they said. Overall great experience.

You should read this before choosing Hot Water Now.
I read all the reviews here and elsewhere before getting an estimate and choosing them. The price for the tankless install was where I expected - at $4500. So, based on them being the "leader" in tankless installs in CO, and all the positive reviews, I went ahead.
Immediately, I had an issue. When I checked to make sure they were going to pull a permit for the work, all of a sudden that's not included in the $4500. Side note- installing any appliance that connects to natural gas requires a permit and inspection for the work

Had them replace an old hot water heater with a natural gas Rinnai...install was prompt and clean. The hot water flows as it should...we've been using a Rinnai at our old house for the past 10 years and insisted on tankless at our new home. If you are going tankless, HWN is the company to call. Reasonable pricing and it is a locally owned small company. The bigger firms that quoted the business sent sales reps out who flat out lied so I appreciated the integrity and tankless knowledge these guys have. The owner seems like a good guy.
I highly recommend Hot Water Now.

Office staff was truly professional by following up poor service on site and offering an apology. They refunded my flushing fee, which I'm grateful for, since we had to buy a new Navien (from our plumber who was able to check all our plumbing and install tankless). If your Navien has an error code, Hot Water Now can probably help you. Thanks for being concerned guys!

Our Rennai water heater had a code come up that essentially meant we had a leak. We called a number of companies to come out and fix the problem. The first company sent out a tech that was Googling the heater we had in order to trouble shoot. We sent him on his way quickly without paying for the estimate. They understood. The second company, who will remain nameless, but has a title referring to male siblings, came out to look. Their fee to estimate was $79. He took the unit apart and told me we needed to order 5 parts and that the repair would cost $1,100 or a new heater would cost around $15k

$4200 estimate for a high efficiency 50 gallon gas power vent water heater to replace an old electric. Other estimates are ranging $2000-2200. He also talked down other brands (always a bad sign in my experience, if your product/work is superior, you don't need to sling mud ...cough... politicians... cough). He also told us we would have to return a Home Depot unit to the store if it went out while under warranty, which felt wrong, and I just called and confirmed it was with Home Depot and one of their contractors.
Looking at other reviews, these guys push tankless, tankless, tankless

I loved these guys for their honestly, knowledge, and timeliness. I can do plumbing myself, so I rarely hire out, but I have more money than time lately. I had a new tankless water heater installed in a big house and they did everything on time, on budget, and with a clean install and exit. As a person who can build a house on my own, I can say without a doubt that they did an honest job. Sure, others could have cut a lower rate but you get what you pay for and problems cost way more than savings.

Listen....Ok, I'm in the Energy Efficiency business folks and had completed a rather large amount of research before deciding on a Tankless. I have seen the numbers, ran the models, and always wanted one of these bad boys! I just didn't know which manufacturer i wanted to go with. My Research showed me that the best warranty, features and benefits, service records, and performance was the Rinnai.
I did not have time to install myself, so I went to the Rinnai website and filled out their form for "Certified" Rinnai installers. Then I contacted each of these companies. I had

Wish we could give them more than 5 stars! We had them install our new tankless water heater a few weeks ago and we can't be happier with the service and the product! Carol, Keith and Mike were very easy and awesome to work with! We had some issues when the city inspectors came out after the installation was complete, but both Keith and Mike came by right away to fix it. Also Highly recommend them!

Our 6 year old condo came with a Rinnai tankless hot water heater. It worked okay but never as good as the 50 gallon standard Reliance hot water heater we had in our house.
The Rinnai was acting up: hot-cold-hot-cold type of thing. HOT Water NOW! specializes in Rinnais'. The experience with the company from the time I called, throughout the 65 minutes the technician was here, was very good. He serviced the heater and it has worked better than it had before he treated it, but it still does not work as well as it did when it was new. I do not believe that this is a reflection of the company

If I could give Keith at yelp 10 stars I would! Our tankless hot water heater suddenly quit working. I had 2 (large) reputable companies (or so I thought) come out to give estimate on repair. Both said unit (less than 7 years old) was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. One estimate was for 3,400.00, the other for 6,700.00.
Keith came out, diagnosed the problem as a spider web which causes auto gas shutoff to prevent fires. Cleaned it out, said our unit is good as new. All for $175.00.
Don't go anywhere else for tankless hot water needs! Makes me wonder how many units these other guys
