To say that here at HSV Crawlspace we are just giddy about spending most of our waking lives underneath your garage or house would be a bit of a stretched truth. Although we do dream (or have nightmares) about things like being suffocated with vapor barrier and buried alive in yellow mold, we love what we do because of the people it allows us to come into contact with.
Have you ever had the experience of driving to your nearby hardware store, be it Lowes or Home Depot, and found out upon arrival that they didn't even carry what you were looking for? Frustrating would be a mild way to describe this type of experience. A similar occurrence is becoming commonplace for more and more local businesses.
At this point other factors need to also be taken into consideration. An example would be if you plan to turn the basement (if you have one) into living space down the road. Another example would be if you have a major insect and pest issue in the home, and if you are currently receiving treatments or not.
