We have the capacity to stage up to 4 houses per day based on having our own employees, inventory and vehicles! We curate our stages to fit the scale and design of each property. We don't just try to make what we have fit in your property! Our lead time varies depending on the season but typically we can stage within 3-5 days after initial inquiry and often times we can do it even faster!

I am a Realtor and work with an investor who buys, renovates and sells properties. We decided to stage a few homes so I reached out to local stagers. I found four online. I left messages for all four of them. Joy called me back within minutes and none of the others even returned the call. Joy and her staff have now done 7 properties for us and they are a pleasure to work with. They take great pride in their work and do an amazing job! Joy at Joy Home Design has staged many listings for me over the past few years. Her designs are always "house-appropriate" and get raving reviews. The décor she chooses matches each room perfectly, and the furniture looks great. One extra-nice touch is that she has many different furniture options and can match the furnishings to the house layout and feel. More than once, I've had buyers ask to purchase her staging items. Thank you to Joy and her team! I have used their staging services numerous times and have been very pleased. She is organized and has her own stock of furniture. Too many times I have tried to use stagers who claim to have their own inventory but, in reality, they have to go out and buy or rent everything which then jacks up the prices, time to stage, etc. Joy is ready with packages of furniture and accessories to stage your vacant house immediately. She also has her own trucks to deliver and will not have to coordinate moving companies to be of assistance. If you are looking for a quality stager

Joy is fabulous! We trust our clients with her design advice and her staging expertise; and that is a lot of clients considering we sold just under $300 Million in homes last year! Staging is so much more than decorating. Our clients homes show as best as possible when they follow her recommendations, resulting in quicker sales and for higher prices than those that do not take the time and effort to stage their homes. I used Joy staging company 8 times in a 3 year period and had 3 other friends that used her company. We always had the same complaint that the furniture was old, outdated and in bad condition. We all spoke to her several times about it and she got very defensive, saying that no one else has any complaints about her staging items. She would fix things and then the next time she would put the same junk in our houses. The last time that I called her to swap out a heavily scratch table and 2 other items, she said she would be charging me a $100 travel fee. I had enough with her and the Goodwill garbage
